What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday 84

Hi again everybody! I haven´t been at home last two wednesdays...my mother got home from hospital after being there over a month and needs now a lot of help!
But here is my desk (=mess) like I left it yesterday evening after making a four-card ATC serie.


And here is my new HangAbout which I got from Jo! There is also all the lovely stuff I found inside it! It´s my birthday present, although my birthday is on February 22. but I can start celebrating even now :D Thank you SO much, Jo!!!

And here are those four ATCs I made yesterday. The eyes are from magazines and text stamp (strange reality) is Paper Artsy´s.
And now I´m leaving to Stockholm, Sweden :D I´ll be back on friday!

As you can see, nothing happens here :)



But I took some pics outside about 9am. It´s the darkest day of the year! They are taken with flashlight and I like that effect of falling snowflakes with flash. A lot of snow - and more is coming...

Julia, you was right with the time difference! When you are posting at 6am, our clock here in Finland is already 8! :)

WOYWW - at last!

I wasn´t at home yesterday. So my WOYWW-picture is taken in the evening. There you can see the new fabrics I bought.

KEITTIÖRÄTTI / KITCHEN CLOTH

Joulumessuilla vieressäni Milja myi ekologisia - ja kauniita - siivousrättejä, sekä itse värjättyjä eko-lankoja, joista voi itse neuloa tai virkata omat keittiörättinsä.

En voinut vastustaa kauniita lankoja ja ensimmäinen "mummoruuduista" virkattu rätti on jo valmiina! Lanka on valmistettu vaatetusteollisuuden jätemateriaalista ja pitää sisällään 60% hamppua ja 40% puuvillaa. Hamppu on bambun tapaan luonnostaan antibakteerinen, eikä rupea haisemaan!

In the Christmas Fair Milja, in next table, was selling ecological - and beautiful - cleaning cloths, and self dyed eco-yarns, from which you can knit or crochet your own kitchen cloths.

I couldn´t resist the beautiful yarns and the first kitchen cloth crochetted from "grannysquares" is ready! The yarn is made from garment industry´s waste material, and contains 60% hemp and 40% cotton. Hemp, like bamboo is naturally antibacterial, and does not begin to smell!
